Data Engineer

Scalo delivers software projects and supports partners in business development, focusing on software, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated project teams. They collaborate on projects including technological consultancy and software creation.

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Data Engineer, preferably with large volume data processing
• Experience in designing and modeling data warehouses and Data Lakes
• Proficient in Big Data technologies
• Practical knowledge of CRM data including marketing consents, contact history, and opt-out
• Expertise in SQL with query optimization
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Familiarity with modern data storage formats optimized for analytics
• Experience with process orchestration tools
• Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies

Nice to have:

• Experience with data or system migrations
• Knowledge of CRM solution architectures such as Pega, Salesforce, SAS, or Adobe

• Designing and modeling data structures including data warehouses and Data Lakes for advanced analytics and Real-Time/Near Real-Time systems
• Building and maintaining stable ETL/ELT data flows both batch and event-triggered
• Integrating analytic systems with operational systems such as decision engines and Campaign Management solutions
• Designing data structures supporting 360-degree customer profiles (Customer Golden Record), behavioral aggregates, and Feature Stores
• Optimizing SQL queries and implementing data quality and validation mechanisms
• Developing interfaces and integrations with systems outside the CRM ecosystem
• Supporting processing of large data volumes and advanced analytics
• Working in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Participating in hybrid work with 2 days weekly presence in Warsaw office

Project location: Warsaw (Center), service mode hybrid (2 days in office per week)
