Business Analyst

Scalo delivers software projects and supports partners in business development. They create software that enables faster action and better results, supporting clients with a broad range of IT services including technology consulting, software development, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated project teams.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis
• Experience in analyzing, modeling, and optimizing business processes
• Knowledge of CRM systems or similar solutions for business process support
• Experience with customer data and marketing consent management processes is an advantage
• Experience in defining and documenting business processes in multi-system environments
• Knowledge of data flow, system integration, and business process operations
• Familiarity with traditional and agile project methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
• Practical knowledge of project collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams
• Higher education degree

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements at various organizational levels including complex and multi-threaded processes
• Collaborate with IT teams, especially developers, testers, and UX/UI teams
• Analyze business processes and translate business needs into system solutions
• Manage work scope and assist in planning and prioritization
• Monitor task progress and prepare status reports
• Create and update project documentation throughout project stages
• Participate in business process optimization and automation
• Support configuration and parameterization of organizational systems
• Operate in a hybrid work mode with weekly office presence in Warsaw
