Ferryt Configuration Specialist

Scalo delivers software projects and supports partners in business development across areas such as technology consulting, software development, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated project teams.

• Minimum 3 years of experience with BPMS platform projects
• Practical knowledge of at least one programming language
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML notation
• Experience with BPMS platforms such as UniFlow, Ferryt, Camunda, or similar
• Practical knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Ability to analyze and optimize business processes
• Experience collaborating with project teams
• English language skills enabling smooth communication

• Designing, configuring, and optimizing business processes on BPMS platforms such as UniFlow or Ferryt
• Developing and configuring solutions according to the SDLC process
• Preparing and modifying prints using XML and XSLT technologies
• Analyzing and optimizing business processes on the BPMS platform
• Collaborating with analytical, development, and business teams in implementing changes
• Participating in requirements analysis and implementation of new functionalities
• Supporting diagnostics and resolving issues related to process operation
• Participating in improvement and optimization of existing solutions
• Providing services in a hybrid mode with office presence in Łódź 2–3 times per month
