Senior Business-System Analyst

Scalo delivers software projects and supports partners in business development. They provide software enabling people to implement changes, work faster, and achieve better results. Their activities include technology consulting, software development, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated project teams.

• Experience as Business-System Analyst or System Analyst
• Practical experience in business and system analysis
• Experience designing IT solution architecture
• Good knowledge of various technologies and system integration methods
• Understanding processes related to IT system changes
• Experience in leading or coordinating technical project areas
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business, technical teams, and external vendors

Nice to have:

• Experience with banking or financial projects
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments

• Conduct business and system analyses for developed and maintained solutions
• Design IT architectures and integration methods between systems
• Take responsibility for the technical stream in projects
• Collaborate in project implementations and application maintenance
• Participate in planning and coordinating system changes
• Provide services in a hybrid mode, with presence in Łódź office 2–3 times monthly

Service delivery mode: hybrid, requiring office presence in Łódź 2–3 times per month. Project budget up to 140 PLN/hour + VAT, depending on experience and scope. International projects included.
