.NET Developer + Kafka

• 4 years of commercial backend development experience using C# and .NET.
• Experience implementing complex backend solutions.
• Very good knowledge of C#, .NET Core, and .NET 8.
• Practical experience with SQL.
• Knowledge of Kafka and asynchronous communication basics.
• Experience working in an agile development model.
• Ability to independently analyze and execute technical tasks.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in a distributed team.

Nice to have:

• Experience in financial or banking projects.
• Practical use of AI tools supporting development.

• Deliver services in a financial sector project.
• Design and implement backend solutions using C# and .NET 8.
• Develop and maintain existing system components.
• Work with SQL databases and Kafka queueing systems.
• Create and enhance integrations between systems.
• Ensure quality, performance, and stability of solutions.
• Collaborate with a distributed team in an agile software development model.
• Work mode is hybrid with presence in Warsaw or Łódź office 2–3 times a month.
