Administrator Cybersecurity

• Master's degree
• Minimum 8 years of professional IT experience
• At least 5 years in cybersecurity or information security roles
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
• Possession of at least 3 international cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, SSCP, CSSLP, GSEC, GIAC or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of system and network security, SDLC, Secure Coding, ISO 27001, OWASP, and IAM
• Experience in security testing, vulnerability analysis, and risk management
• Practical experience with PKI, PAM, Tenable, Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, Darktrace, Checkmarx (SAST/DAST)
• Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture
• Highly developed analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Administration, configuration, and maintenance of cybersecurity solutions
• Monitoring security systems and analyzing security incidents
• Responding to threats and vulnerabilities
• Implementing security patches and ensuring compliance with security policies and standards
• Collaborating with IT teams to design and deploy secure solutions and integrate security tools
• Participating in security audits and preparing documentation
• Recommending actions to enhance the organization's security posture
• Diagnosing and resolving issues related to security infrastructure
• Performing work from the Warsaw office about 50% of the time
