QA Engineer

• 3+ years in QA Engineering, Quality Analysis, or similar.
• Strong command of testing frameworks and knowledge of Java or JavaScript/TypeScript for automation.
• Skilled in testing RESTful APIs with tools like Postman or code libraries.
• Ability to write SQL queries for data validation.
• Knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and DevOps practices.
• Familiar with Jira, Confluence, Git, and CI/CD tools.
• Analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and great communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.

• Plan and execute tests: design, implement, and maintain manual and automated test plans, test cases, and scenarios based on user stories and requirements.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and API testing using tools like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Postman, RestAssured.
• Perform manual and exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and usability issues.
• Identify, log, and track bugs in Jira, collaborating with developers for resolution.
• Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and immediate feedback.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies from daily stand-ups to retrospectives, advocating for quality.

Nice to have:

• Understanding of secure testing methodologies.
• Performance testing experience.
• Previous exposure to financial or compliance-related systems.
