• Higher education in STEM fields
• Several years of experience in IT analytical services in large organizations, preferably in financial or banking sector
• Very good knowledge of data modeling and system mapping preparation
• Experience with event-driven architecture and Apache Kafka technology
• Knowledge of data exchange formats JSON and Apache Avro
• Experience in system analysis, integration design, and requirement definition
• Very good knowledge of UML, especially class and sequence diagrams
• Experience working in Agile methodologies and with product backlogs
• Highly developed analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in English for communication and technical documentation

Nice to have:

• Experience in real-time transaction processing projects
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL
• Experience with CDC (Change Data Capture) solutions
• Knowledge of event-driven and event streaming architecture patterns
• Experience in data warehousing, Data Lake, or data integration

• Model data and prepare mappings between systems
• Analyze systems, design integrations, and define functional and non-functional requirements
• Work in Agile environments and cooperate with product backlogs
• Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams
