Web Insights Specialist

Our client is a global technology leader developing advanced solutions for the energy transition, enabling decarbonization and optimized production of fuels and chemicals. The company has around 2800 employees worldwide with a strong R&D focus and is expanding its European footprint by building a new competence hub in Kraków.

• Early to mid-level experience in website analytics, website performance, or web insights.
• Experience with tools such as Matomo, GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Power BI, HubSpot reporting, or CookieBot.
• Ability to translate website data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-specialists and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of website analytics, digital marketing, user journeys, content performance, SEO, and campaign results.
• Familiarity with integrations such as Make.com is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, structured working style, and curiosity about user behavior and digital performance.

• Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting across related digital channels.
• Set up, optimize, and maintain interactive dashboards for KPI monitoring.
• Analyze user behavior, content performance, and visibility to identify trends, opportunities, and recommended actions.
• Support better use of data across teams by making insights accessible and relevant for stakeholders.
• Contribute to optimization and experimentation by identifying improvement opportunities and documenting learnings.
• Support market and trend intelligence through benchmarking and visibility insights.
• Own the consent management platform (CMP) supporting cookie and tracking consent.

Hybrid working model (3/2) after onboarding, with some international travel.
