The C2C CoE team at PwC Poland supports business managers from the initial idea stage through client negotiations to project completion, helping organize work, assess profitability, oversee documentation, and ensure fair work allocation.

• Experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI
• Advanced Excel skills for analyzing large datasets
• Experience in data modelling and understanding business data relationships
• Knowledge of Power Query and M language
• Ability to identify data patterns and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Experience analyzing business processes with data-driven perspective
• Strong interest in data analytics and modern reporting technologies
• Effective communication of analytical insights through data storytelling
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and focus on data quality
• Fluent English communication skills
