Clinical Data Coordinator - Medical Devices Clinical Coding

We are looking for a clinical domain expert with hands-on experience in Medical Devices, medical coding, and reimbursement processes to support an innovative AI-driven initiative in the healthcare sector. The role involves working closely with AI and data experts to ensure accurate mapping of medical devices to relevant procedures and coding systems, aiding the training, validation, and supervision of an AI agent generating high-quality medical classification data.

• Experience in medical coding, billing, reimbursement, or healthcare classification
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems
• Experience working with medical devices (non-pharmaceutical products)
• Solid understanding of medical procedures, treatments, diagnostics, and clinical workflows
• Professional fluency in English (spoken and written)

Nice to have:

• Experience working with AI, machine learning, or process automation initiatives
• Background with medical device manufacturers, health insurers, payers, or reimbursement organizations
• Experience supporting healthcare data quality, coding governance, or clinical informatics projects

• Perform clinical validation of AI-generated mappings between medical devices, procedures, and medical codes
• Review and resolve complex classification and coding cases
• Collaborate with AI specialists, data scientists, and healthcare subject matter experts
• Provide final approval of reference data used to train and improve AI models
• Ensure coding accuracy and consistency across medical device categories
