Senior BI Analyst

• Minimum 5 years of experience in advanced business and data analysis.
• 5+ years of practical experience with the Microsoft BI stack (SSAS, SSRS, Power BI).
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, DAX, and Python.
• Experience in statistical/predictive modeling and OLAP structures.
• Proficiency in Row-Level Security (RLS) and Sparx Enterprise Architect.
• Very good Polish language skills.

• Develop reports and perform creative analysis using Microsoft BI components (SSAS, SSRS, Power BI).
• Participate in the construction of Machine Learning models and AI systems (LLM-based agents).
• Identify data deviations and trends through rigorous statistical processing.
• Interpret complex data results and manage statistical data processing workflows.
• Document BI projects, including data stores, mappings, and report specifications.
