Senior Performance Test Engineer

The position is within a team focused on developing modern performance testing and performance engineering solutions.

• Very good knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+).
• Practical experience with k6 and automation of performance tests.
• Experience testing web applications and REST API (GraphQL is a plus).
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Ability to analyze application performance and identify performance issues.
• Very good command of the English language.

Nice to have:

• Experience building platforms for performance tests.
• Knowledge of observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Application Insights).
• Experience in regulated environments (e.g., pharma, healthcare, life sciences).
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and tools supporting code quality and AI-assisted development.

• Designing and developing frameworks and libraries for performance tests using JavaScript (ES6+) and k6.
• Creating and maintaining automated performance tests for web applications and APIs.
• Analyzing test results, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending performance improvements.
• Integrating performance tests with CI/CD processes and developing a platform for test automation.
• Collaborating with development teams to define best practices in Performance Engineering.
• Participating in code reviews and promoting high code quality standards.
