Head of Integrations

flowMEE develops an AI-native platform for automating accounting processes. The company is looking for a leader to take technological ownership of the entire integration area.

• Practical experience with at least one ERP system integration
• Experience working with an accounting system or platform
• Very good knowledge of REST API, webhooks, SQL, and databases
• Understanding accounting data flows between systems
• Experience with logs and staging/production environments
• Ability to design scalable connectors rather than one-time integrations
• Experience in leading, training, or mentoring a technical team
• Independence, responsibility, and a startup mindset

Nice to have:

• Experience with systems such as Symfonia, Comarch ERP Optima, enova365, InsERT, Xero, or QuickBooks

• Designing integrations with ERP, accounting, and banking systems
• Developing connectors, API, webhooks, and data synchronization
• Creating standards for mapping, monitoring, and error handling
• Leading and developing a 4-person integration team
• Conducting code reviews, mentoring, and training employees
• Solving complex technical problems
• Collaborating with CTO, development, and product teams
