Senior Software Engineer – AI Focus

• 10+ years of experience in modern, product-oriented software engineering.
• Experience working on complex, distributed systems, preferably in crawling, e-commerce, or related domains.
• Develop AI-first with over 90% of code created with AI, maintaining quality and control.
• Expertise in building AI-oriented systems including in-code ADRs, agent files, MCP integrations, multi-agent setups, and autonomous loops.
• Align processes with AI practices such as spec-driven refinements, automated PRs, and AI-supported reviews managing parallel work.
• Use strong, deterministic quality gates including tests, linting, and static code analysis.
• Apply DDD, Clean/Hexagonal Architecture, Event-Driven Design, decoupling, and SOLID principles.
• Advocate for end-to-end ownership including infrastructure and CI/CD.
• Persevere through complex problems and maintain resilience.
• Strong communication skills supporting an open learning culture and team connections.

• Work pragmatically on one of the company's most relevant topics in a small and new team.
• Develop in a greenfield environment with Node.js, TypeScript, and Java addressing large-scale scaling challenges.
• Engage directly with business stakeholders to refine requirements and contribute to architecture and product decisions.
• Build and operate infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines yourself as part of a "You build it, you own it" approach.
