Credit Risk Systems Specialist

• Minimum 1 year of experience in finance, credit risk, or banking sectors.
• Practical proficiency in low-code and VBA programming.
• Experience in creating business requirements for application development.
• Strong command of MySQL and Oracle SQL.
• Very good Polish language skills.
• Hands-on experience with Agile software development methodologies.
• Practical experience in UX/UI design.

• Maintain and develop applications and tools utilized in the credit risk assessment process.
• Gather user requirements and prepare business specifications for application development.
• Liaise with internal banking units and external software vendors to drive system evolution.
• Conduct database analysis and provide leadership for specialized project teams.
• Develop and implement VBA and low-code solutions to optimize risk workflows.
