Senior Manual Tester

RITS is hiring for a manual tester role in the banking industry. The job offers hybrid work in Lublin with occasional team meetings and business needs presence, including possible delegations to Warsaw. The role involves testing business-facing mobile and web applications in bank-related projects.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in manual testing in functional, regression, and visual layers of client-facing internet and mobile applications.
• Experience testing business mobile and web applications on desktop and mobile devices.
• Experience working on banking or bank-adjacent projects such as VAS, e-commerce, or payments.
• Experience working in agile software development.
• Knowledge of banking products and services (accounts, loans, payments).
• Experience in digital accessibility testing using NVDA screen reader.
• Proficient with Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to create test scenarios, documentation, and defect reporting using Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of WCAG, NVDA, and WAVE extension.
• Familiarity with VoiceOver (iOS), TalkBack (Android), and browser developer tools.
• Ability to use Adobe library and Figma application.

• Perform manual functional, regression, and visual testing of internet services and mobile applications.
• Test business mobile and web applications on desktop and mobile devices.
• Execute digital accessibility tests utilizing NVDA screen reader.
• Create test scenarios and project documentation.
• Register test results and report defects using Jira and Confluence.

• Knowledge of technologies and modern solutions in internet and mobile banking.
