AI Engineer | Global (based in Poland)

Colliers International is a leading commercial real estate services company providing a full range of services including brokerage sales and leasing, lease administration, real estate management, valuation, consulting, project management, project marketing, and research across various property sectors.

• 2+ years of professional experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, or related software engineering roles.
• Mastery of Python and its core AI/ML libraries, strong experience with SQL, and hands-on experience with vector databases (e.g., Agent Platform Vector Search) for RAG implementations.
• Demonstrated ability to build, fine-tune, and deploy production-grade Generative AI systems and multi-step agentic workflows.
• Proven experience with modern agent frameworks, specifically Google's Agent Development Kit (ADK), or similar toolkits like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Strong proficiency in the GCP ecosystem, with direct experience deploying and managing AI solutions using Agent Platform, including understanding challenges of AI production deployment.
• Experience designing evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy, latency, and cost of Generative AI workflows and agentic systems.
• Ability to execute work from design through implementation with guidance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex AI concepts and collaborate effectively.
• Proficient communication and collaboration skills in English (C1).

• Work with business stakeholders to identify and understand business problems and architect AI-powered systems to address them.
• Design, build, and maintain sophisticated AI systems, including autonomous agents, generative workflows, and fine-tuned Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Partner with software engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to integrate AI capabilities into new and existing applications.
• Research, evaluate, and implement state-of-the-art AI technologies, models, and platforms to ensure systems remain cutting edge.
• Own and operate the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle on Google Cloud Platform, including building data pipelines, automating model deployment (CI/CD), monitoring system performance, and ensuring scalability.
• Act as a subject matter expert, staying current with advancements in Generative AI and Agentic systems.
• Communicate complex AI architectures and performance metrics to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Create and maintain engineering documentation including architecture diagrams, model cards, code documentation, and operational runbooks.
