Wymagania
- Extensive commercial software development experience focused on Python, including technical leadership.
- Fully remote within 2-hour timezone of London; able to work UK business hours.
- Legal right to work remotely as an independent contractor; no visa sponsorship available.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Technical degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong understanding of Python fundamentals and object-oriented programming.
- Experience writing clean, maintainable Python code in production.
- Expertise in MySQL and/or PostgreSQL relational databases.
- Familiarity with AWS services and Git version control.
- Results-driven, commercially focused with knowledge of Python ecosystem and AI/ML frameworks.
- Experience coding LLMs into production applications and using agentic AI coding.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS (Tailwind), and React for fullstack UI development.
- Understanding of web scraping, DOM parsing, bot detection, and browser automation/testing tools like Playwright or Selenium.
- Active GitHub profile with work examples or personal projects.
Obowiązki
- Act as a tech lead, unifying development silos and mentoring engineers through code reviews and architectural guidance.
- Lead design and implementation of scalable backend API endpoints and LLM pipelines.
- Architect high-throughput data pipelines for system integrity and performance.
- Engineer secure infrastructure for user authentication, session persistence, memory caching, and optimize AWS environments.
- Drive migration from legacy systems to the new Python stack, prioritizing business value.
