• Ability to communicate effectively and build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Experience working as part of a Scrum team and participation in pair programming.
• 3+ years experience in C#, VB.NET, JavaScript, and T-SQL.
• Knowledge of Design Patterns, SOLID principles, Inversion of Control, and RESTful Web Services.
• Experience with frameworks and technologies such as MVC, WebAPI, .NET Core, HTML5, CSS3, Entity Framework, Entity Framework Core, and ASP.NET Web Forms.
• Experience with JavaScript libraries/frameworks: jQuery, Vue.js, and TypeScript.
• Good AI developer experience with Copilot / Agent Skills.
• Experience with TDD, designing and writing unit tests, and maintaining and tuning SQL Server stored procedures.
• Familiarity with UX best practices and web security best practices.
• Good standard of English language skills for communication in an international team.

• Maintain and extend .NET Web applications in an agile development environment.
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements.
• Adhere to good design practices and participate in code reviews to ensure secure, robust, maintainable, scalable, and extendable applications.
• Create wireframes and deliver quality software.
• Support application testing to maintain software quality and UI/UX standards.
• Work as part of an agile (Scrum) multi-functional systems development team.
• Manage work across multiple projects and technologies simultaneously.
• Contribute to database, back-end logic, and UI implementation.
