• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer hardware, and office devices.
• Basic understanding of LAN/WAN networks and network device configuration.
• Practical experience with ERP software, user account management in Microsoft Active Directory and Google Workspace environments.
• Ability to independently diagnose and solve technical problems (troubleshooting).
• Communication skills, patience, user-oriented approach, and high personal culture.
• Proficiency in English sufficient to read technical documentation.

Nice to have:

• Experience in similar roles such as helpdesk, IT support, or office administration.

• Provide ongoing technical support, administration, and troubleshooting for customer and sales loyalty programs.
• Deliver direct and remote technical helpdesk support for users of Windows systems, ERP, and IT hardware, handling incoming issues and faults.
• Manage and monitor IT infrastructure, applications, operating systems, and LAN network.
• Prepare and install computer hardware and IT tools; deploy new software.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in internal and external company systems.
• Order IT hardware and essential consumables.
• Prepare BI reports and coordinate administrative projects commissioned by company management.
