Avalio is a healthtech company leveraging AI to transform healthcare systems. Our SaaS solutions automate and optimize back-office procurement processes, allowing healthcare providers to focus more on patient care.

• Study or are in the early career stage.
• Experience in working with B2B clients is a plus but not required.
• Very good work organization and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to clearly and accessibly explain complex topics.
• Flexibility and readiness to work in a changing environment.
• Proactivity in asking and doing rather than waiting for instructions.
• Very good communication, personal culture, and sense of humor.

Nice to have:

• Experience in startups, student organizations, or projects requiring independent management.
• Good analytical tools skills (Excel, Sheets, basic SQL, or BI).
• Knowledge of procurement, inventory, or equipment processes in medical facilities.

• Support the Commercial and Customer Success teams in client work: preparing materials, research, follow-ups.
• Work analytically on large databases: organizing, calculating, drawing conclusions for the Product team decisions.
• Manage your own mini-projects tailored to your experience, with increasing responsibility depending on capability.
• Learn from the team within a fast-growing healthtech startup environment.
