Lead Network Engineer/ Infrastructure Team Leader

Network Infrastructure Team Leader position coordinating international infrastructure projects within Comarch Network Managed Services including design and maintenance of WAN/LAN/WLAN networks and dedicated network security packages for business partners in Poland and Europe.

• Higher education
• Minimum 2 years' experience managing a similar team
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written, enabling international collaboration
• Highly developed communication skills and ability to motivate colleagues
• Knowledge of ITIL methodology with ITIL V3 or V4 Foundation certification
• Practical skills in delegating tasks and organizing own and team's work
• Proactive approach and operational independence
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management
• Knowledge of project management supported by trainings or certifications such as PRINCE2 or PMI is an advantage

• Coordinating daily work of network engineers, including planning and task delegation
• Monitoring task correctness and maintaining high client service standards
• Supporting continuous competency growth and knowledge exchange among employees
• Implementing process improvements and optimizing current operations
• Supervising internal information systems to ensure smooth knowledge flow
