Technical lead Java

The project is in the insurance industry, focusing on building new solutions in the area of claims and benefits processing. It is a greenfield project at an early stage involving about 6 microservices.

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and building systems.
• Experience in microservice architecture and distributed systems.
• Excellent knowledge of Java 17+ and Springboot.
• Practical experience with Event-Driven Architecture using Kafka.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of DDD (Domain-Driven Design).
• Practical knowledge of relational databases using SQL.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure.
• Experience with CI/CD.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI.

• Active programming to implement business requirements using Java.
• Designing and developing system architectures and microservices.
• Translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Establishing and enforcing technical standards for coding, architecture, and integrations.
• Ensuring performance, security, and scalability of solutions.
• Designing and supervising system and API integration.
