Project Manager (Cybersecurity)

• Higher education.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in IT.
• At least 8 years in Project Manager or related role.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
• At least 4 international certifications, including:
  • 2 in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM, ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Associate).
  • 2 in project and IT service management (e.g., PM2 Advanced, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, ITIL Foundation).
• Comprehensive knowledge of cybersecurity, security architectures (Defence-in-Depth, Zero Trust), risk management, security incidents, and cyber threats.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity standards, regulations, and frameworks, especially ISO 27001 and NIST.
• Understanding of legal and regulatory aspects related to cybersecurity.
• Experience in IT project management including planning, risk, quality, budget, and schedule management.
• Experience managing cybersecurity projects in EU Classified environments.
• Experience managing resources, budgets, and project portfolios for cybersecurity investments.
• Experience designing and implementing security solutions through the full project lifecycle.
• Knowledge of security policies based on industry standards and best practices.
• Practical expertise in project management methodologies and tools, especially PM2, PMP, PRINCE2, and ServiceNow.
• Experience managing suppliers and procurement processes.
• Highly developed leadership, organizational, team management, communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience preparing high-quality project documentation, reports, and presentations for diverse audiences.

Project Management Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive management of cybersecurity projects at all lifecycle stages from planning to closure.
• Planning, monitoring, and controlling project schedule, scope, quality, budget, and risks.
• Supervising timely delivery of milestones and project products aligned with business goals.
• Identifying, monitoring, communicating risks, issues, scope changes, and corrective actions.
• Collaborating with Project Board, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure project effectiveness.
• Coordinating project team activities, managing priorities, assigning tasks, and motivating team members.
• Planning and overseeing product delivery processes according to quality standards.
• Preparing project plans, schedules, reports, registers, and other project documentation.
• Organizing and conducting project meetings and presenting reports and results to stakeholders.
• Ensuring effective communication among all project participants and external suppliers.
• Delivering services in a hybrid model (50% remote, 50% office).
