Technical Account Manager - Trading Systems (FIX Protocol)

• Experience in a client-facing technical role (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Integration Engineer, FIX Onboarding)
• Strong knowledge of FIX Protocol and/or API-based integrations
• Experience working in financial services or fintech, ideally within capital markets
• Understanding of trading systems and front-to-back workflows
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, including log analysis and connectivity problems
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in cross-functional, global environments

• Support clients with the integration of APIs (including FIX Protocol) for market data, order entry, and STP
• Manage end-to-end client onboarding and implementation projects across multiple regions
• Partner with Sales during pre- and post-sales engagements to support solution design and delivery
• Act as a primary technical contact for clients, building strong working relationships
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, acting as a point of escalation
• Work closely with internal engineering teams to enhance products based on client feedback
• Coordinate testing, certification, and rollout of new features and releases
• Provide guidance and training to clients on product usage
• Document processes and contribute to improving internal knowledge sharing
• Use tools such as JIRA and Confluence to track issues and manage deliverables
• Contribute to initiatives focused on automating and improving workflows using modern tools and AI

This role supports US clients; working hours align with the US East Coast (New York) time zone. The position can be fully remote or hybrid with a base in Warsaw. The role is offered primarily on a permanent employment contract (Umowa o Pracę – UoP).
