Procurement Senior Analyst

This project focuses on procurement strategy for a leading global data center company, delivering solutions in infrastructure related to large-scale construction and operational supply chains.

• Proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of contract management principles, supplier performance metrics, and procurement best practices
• Excellent negotiation skills and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability focusing on value creation and compliance

Nice to have:

• Experience with procurement systems or automated sourcing tools
• Background in data center, infrastructure, or technology-driven procurement
• Familiarity with risk assessment, compliance frameworks, and cost modeling

• Manage and facilitate all facets of supply management activities between the client and its suppliers
• Perform full contract lifecycle management: write, negotiate and manage commodity contracts
• Handle the purchasing process for highly complex infrastructure equipment, including quote verification, purchase order administration, and project closeout
• Track project deliverables including contract awards, submittals, and equipment deliveries within established timelines
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with suppliers and manufacturers, managing performance in quality, service, delivery, and total cost of ownership
• Identify negotiation strategies and opportunities for cost reduction and risk mitigation
• Execute procurement strategies aligned with group goals
• Support international projects with willingness to work across different time zones and occasional availability outside standard business hours
