Business Analyst (Finance Contextual Monitoring)

Nordea Finance Programme is a large-scale project triggered by DFSA Orders involving new data integrations, scenario development, testing, and activation across four countries. This role is part of the delivery of Nordea Finance receivables stream via a dedicated Contextual Monitoring solution prioritized in 2026.

• Deep understanding and experience in data analysis
• Experience in financial crime projects
• Agile way of working

• Good understanding of Nordea Finance products
• Experience with Quantexa platform solution

• Write and configure scores in the monitoring platform
• Design and optimize scoring for Transaction Monitoring (Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing)
• Calibrate scoring models, set thresholds, and ensure score explainability to meet regulatory and AML model governance standards
• Mentor junior data engineers and collaborate with stakeholders to translate regulatory requirements into technical design
