Product Manager - B2B Service

Grupa Allegro Sp. z o.o. is hiring for its Allegro Business team focusing on the B2B e-commerce sector. The role involves shaping next-generation solutions and managing critical initiatives within their B2B service, particularly in procurement management. The company operates with a large-scale technical infrastructure including over 1000 microservices, an open-source data bus (Hermes), a Service Mesh, and production machine learning.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager.
• Ability to understand complex needs of business Buyers and Partners.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Capability to translate complex user pain points into actionable product requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills for cross-team alignment.
• "AI-native" approach with skillful use of GenAI and advanced prompting for user research, customer feedback synthesis, and product discovery optimization.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

• Shape and execute the product roadmap for the B2B service area in line with the new B2B Product Vision.
• Design and deliver solutions allowing enterprise users to build organizational structures and collaborate effectively within fragmented purchasing processes (including adding other users to the structure).
• Manage and optimize core platform features, including order invoices, invoice addresses, and procurement management frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize the product backlog and ensure work aligns with strategic goals.
• Map and mitigate risks and dependencies across other product domains, specifically aligning with consumer experience teams.
