Tech Lead Java&Angular

• Experience with backend technologies including Java 25, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Kafka, OpenAPI, and Vault
• Frontend experience with Angular 19+, NgRx, Angular Material, Cypress
• DevOps and CI/CD skills using Kubernetes (IBM Cloud), Docker, Terraform, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Maven
• Knowledge of microservices architecture
• Experience working with SCRUM methodologies
• Fluent English communication skills
• Ability to define and drive the technical critical path

• Experience using AI tools in daily design and development

• Translate complex business needs into technical specifications and act as the main contact between stakeholders and the delivery team
• Align local development streams with the long-term strategic roadmap of the global system
• Design high-level component roadmaps
• Take ownership of the full rollout lifecycle including documentation and user training
