Data Quality Engineer

ELEKS Quality Assurance Office is hiring a Data Quality Engineer for locations in Ukraine, Poland, or Croatia. The role is connected to a customer in the renewable energy sector focused on renewable power generation and sustainable biomass production.

• 2+ years of experience in data quality engineering
• Experience with databases and SQL
• Experience with data projects
• Experience with ETL testing and reports
• Upper-Intermediate level of English

Nice to have:

• Experience with Databricks
• Experience in the energy domain

• Implement and execute tests at all planned levels, log and evaluate results, and document deviations from expected results
• Use test administration, monitoring, and management tools
• Participate in test environment setup
• Prepare and acquire test data
• Contribute to creation, validation, and updating of test documentation (test cases, test plans, etc.)
• Review, analyze, and assess project requirements and specifications to convert them into quality control process artefacts
• Review test artefacts developed by others
• Communicate with other team members
• Report test progress to stakeholders
