Wymagania
- Proven track record leading complex IT projects, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Demonstrated experience managing IT transformation, application onboarding, or Identity & Access Management (IAM) projects.
- Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
- Practical expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience with Jira.
- Strong track record of preparing executive-level reports, prioritizing effectively, and proactively mitigating project risks.
Obowiązki
- Drive the onboarding process of applications into the enterprise SSO ecosystem from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate collaboration between DevOps, Application Onboarding teams, and key business and technical stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, actively manage risks and dependencies, and ensure strict compliance with organizational governance models.
- Prepare high-quality status reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
- Support project communication strategies and organizational change management initiatives.
- Ensure seamless project execution following Agile methodologies and IT project management best practices.
