Junior Design Engineer

Join Engenious as a Design Engineer in the Valve, Actuators & Choke Department within Engineering Manufacturing & Sourcing (EMS) One Engineering. This role involves working 4 days per week from the client's office in Kraków and participating in international projects.

• Relevant engineering degree, minimum Bachelor level.
• Strong English skills (minimum B2/C1 level).
• Demonstrated ability to apply engineering skills throughout the product life cycle.
• Job experience is beneficial.
• Proficiency with Engineering product databases, business ERP systems, and MS Office applications is beneficial.
• Problem solving skills.
• Proficient verbal and written communication with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Team player.

• Perform tasks according to department instructions, schedules, processes, and HSE requirements using technically correct engineering analysis and optimized solutions.
• Provide technical assistance within the organization.
• Present designs during internal design meetings.
• Prepare and review technical documents and drawings following design standards.
• Create and review technical documentation for internal and external customers throughout the value stream (Tender/Projects/Service base).
• Support internal and external customers by collaborating with Project Management, Planning, Quality, Sourcing & Procurement, Supplier Quality, and Manufacturing.
• Support Lean process and product development improvements through Lessons Learned, Root Cause Analysis, and other continuous improvement methods.
• Work independently on assigned tasks and participate in complex projects under senior supervision.

This role requires working 4 days per week from the client's office in Kraków.
