Kierownik Projektu / Project Manager (m/f/d)

They collaborate with public institutions and commercial companies to modernize systems used by millions, including implementing innovative R&D projects such as for Samsung involving artificial intelligence.

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing IT projects through full project lifecycle, including at least one public sector project.
• Experience managing projects with budgets exceeding 1 million PLN.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies confirmed by a certification such as PRINCE2 Foundation, PMP, or Agile.
• Experience establishing project management structures and maintaining project documentation.
• Practical knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and requirements analysis.
• Experience managing project teams and coordinating interdisciplinary teams.
• Skills in planning, organizing work, and effectively achieving project goals.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, including facilitating workshops and project meetings.

• Plan and comprehensively manage IT projects according to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Build, coordinate, and manage project teams and collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and handle changes in the project.
• Create and supervise project documentation and regularly report project status.
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and external partners.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain high-quality project execution.
• Conduct workshops and support the development of team members and project leaders.
