Salesforce Developer (Medical Quality Management)

Our client is an established US-based software company that has been developing quality management solutions since 1994. The company provides cloud-based enterprise products that help organizations in highly regulated industries, including life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, and healthcare, manage critical quality and compliance processes. Its solutions support document management, training, audits, risk management, complaints, and regulatory workflows, helping global customers improve collaboration, maintain compliance, and deliver safer, higher-quality products.

• 3+ years of commercial experience in Salesforce development
• Hands-on experience developing and supporting custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and access management
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems through APIs
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Salesforce development best practices
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and tools
• English level: B2 or higher

Nice to have:

• Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1), Platform Developer II (PD2), or JavaScript Developer certification

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning in line with established quality standards
• Participate in technical discussions and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of developed solutions
• Create and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and identify opportunities for optimization
