Salesforce Team Lead (Medical Quality Management)

Our client is an established US-based software company developing cloud-based quality management solutions since 1994. Their products cater to highly regulated industries including life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, and healthcare. The solutions manage critical quality and compliance processes such as document management, training, audits, risk management, complaints, and regulatory workflows.

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• At least 2 years in a senior or lead role responsible for architecture decisions and team mentoring.
• Proven ability to design and deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules), and org architecture.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining REST and SOAP integrations using named credentials and external services.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD best practices including Salesforce DX pipelines, automated testing, and release management.
• Expertise in Salesforce deployment and environment management including managed packages, sandbox management, and deployment automation.
• Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies, sprint planning, and project tracking tools such as Jira.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

Nice to have:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1), Platform Developer II (PD2) or Application Architect certifications.
• Salesforce Certified Integration Architect or Data Architect.
• JavaScript Developer I or equivalent frontend certification.
• Experience with AWS services.

• Lead solution design reviews ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and scalability requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts to gather and clarify requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Mentor and coach team members through one-on-ones, knowledge sharing sessions, and individual development plans.
• Plan releases and sprints for the team.
• Maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, data models, and integration flows.
• Continuously evaluate and improve development processes.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the Salesforce team.
