Digital Designer

Healthcare industry.

• 1–3 years of experience in digital design, web content production, or editorial execution.
• Experience working with CMS platforms and digital content publishing.
• Proficiency in Figma and a strong understanding of digital design principles.
• Proven knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
• Comfortable collaborating with international and cross-functional teams.

• Support the rollout of NCW through hands-on design, content production, and editorial execution.
• Create, update, and maintain digital page layouts, content assets, and visuals in Optimizely CMS and Figma.
• Ensure pages comply with design specifications, accessibility requirements, brand guidelines, and web best practices.
• Crop, optimize, and prepare images, graphics, and other digital assets for web publishing.
• Perform quality assurance of pages and content before publication.
• Work closely with the Digital Experience team, Branding, team editors, and content owners to deliver pages that accurately follow approved Figma designs and requirements.
• Identify and report deviations from design specifications to development teams and support resolution.
• Assist with the creation of imagery, icons, and visual assets for training materials, playbooks, and editor guidance.
