• University degree and/or advanced coursework in statistics, programming, and AI
• Understanding of AI, statistics, machine learning, and deep learning
• At least 3 years of experience preferably in Data Science, Data Engineering, or Data Analytics
• Experience and/or understanding of concepts in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and text mining
• Knowledge and experience with LLM framework orchestrators like Langchain/Langgraph or similar
• Proficiency in Python, preferably with frameworks like FastAPI
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries
• English and Polish language skills at B2-C1 level
• Outstanding communication skills

• Creating AI models and solutions
• Developing complex LLM, Agentic, and RAG application models integrating business rules and requirements
• Researching solutions to overcome data analytics challenges
• Collecting and interpreting data
• Automating and integrating processes
• Communicating and meeting with engineers, IT teams, and other interested parties
• Sharing complex ideas verbally and visually with non-technical stakeholders in an understandable manner
