Mid-level Full Stack Developer

LinkGroup is hiring a Mid-level Full Stack Developer with 3+ years of experience specialized in either Java or Angular, located in Poland.

• 3+ years in software development with primary expertise in either backend or frontend.
• At least 1+ year of commercial experience on the complementary side.
• Backend experience: Java 8/17, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Oracle PL/SQL, Liquibase, Maven, Swagger, IBM MQ, Feign, Vavr, JUnit.
• Frontend experience: Angular 15, Nx (Micro frontends), NgRx, Jest.
• DevOps & tooling: Bitbucket, Jenkins, SonarQube, Kubernetes, ELK Stack.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from team experts.
• Fluent English.

• Deliver software aligned with project requirements and a multi-year product roadmap.
• Collaborate with the team to meet end-user expectations.
• Maintain high code quality through code reviews and thorough test coverage.
• Participate in project planning, provide accurate task estimates, and deliver proactive updates.
• Maintain a supportive attitude and share knowledge across the team.

Hybrid work model based in Warsaw with a minimum of 1 day per week onsite.
