IAM Project Manager

LinkGroup is recruiting for an IT Project Manager to lead application integration and onboarding into a Single Sign-On (SSO) environment for a major financial institution, focusing on identity and access management.

• Solid experience leading complex IT projects, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
• Experience managing IT transformation, application onboarding, or Identity & Access Management (IAM) projects.
• Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
• Practical expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience with Jira.
• Strong track record of preparing executive-level reports, prioritizing effectively, and proactively mitigating project risks.

• Drive the onboarding process of applications into the enterprise SSO ecosystem from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate collaboration between DevOps, Application Onboarding teams, and key business and technical stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, actively manage risks and dependencies, and ensure strict compliance with organizational governance models.
• Prepare high-quality status reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
• Support project communication strategies and organizational change management initiatives.
• Ensure seamless project execution following Agile methodologies and IT project management best practices.
