Conduct in-depth review of monthly financial reports to uncover trends, variances, and areas ripe for improvement
Deliver financial insights and performance outcomes to the Leadership Team through monthly and quarterly presentations
Offer practical business and financial recommendations that align with the organization's strategic goals
Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities to guarantee precision and consistency with business priorities
Build and support financial models and deal structuring efforts to secure favorable results for both EPAM and its clients
Refine and automate current financial reports and workflows to boost efficiency and accuracy
