Quality Assurance Engineer

Inter Cars S.A. is an IT department focused on the development of financial applications, located in Warszawa, offering hybrid work (2 days office / 3 days remote).

• 2-4 years of software testing experience, including test automation.
• Practical experience creating and maintaining automated tests.
• Experience with Playwright, Selenium, UI and API testing, Visual Studio Code, Git, Xray.
• Experience with Jira, GitLab, Confluence.
• Knowledge of TypeScript (TS), JavaScript (JS), SQL.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Accuracy, meticulousness, and analytical thinking skills.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and test execution results in Xray.
• Independence in delivering products.

Nice to have:

• Experience with enterprise applications: financial systems, ERP, workflow.
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured).
• ISTQB Foundation certification.
• Experience working in multinational environments with parameterized tests per country/language.

• Collaborate closely with developers and business analysts to define product test cases.
• Design, create, and maintain automated tests (API, E2E, frontend).
• Create and maintain test documentation.
• Verify new application releases using automated test sets.
• Analyze test results, report defects, and continuously improve test scenarios.
• Support analysts during manual testing in sprint work.
• Perform functional and regression tests.
• Participate in rotational first-line QA support.
• Actively engage in Scrum ceremonies.
