QA Engineer

Digital & Technology Team (D&T) is an integral division of HEINEKEN Global Shared Services Center committed to digitalising and integrating processes and embedding a data-driven culture. The role is part of the Commerce DevOps Hub in Kraków, Poland, which engineers software powering e-Commerce in HEINEKEN's Global Digital & Technology function.

• Strong knowledge of Playwright or similar modern test automation framework
• Proficiency in programming languages like JavaScript or C#
• Experience with Jira and Git
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Cloud
• Experience in API testing methodology and tooling
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines integration
• 5+ years of working experience in a similar position
• Experience with accessibility testing tools
• Experience with security testing
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
• Experience with manual testing, test case design, and execution
• Pragmatic and collaborative team player
• Excellent written and verbal English (C1)

• Develop test cases, test plans, and test strategies for comprehensive test coverage
• Execute automated tests on acceptance criteria across platforms, browsers, and devices
• Identify, prioritize, and report defects
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using scripting languages or test automation frameworks
• Enhance automation infrastructure, test frameworks, and test suites
• Conduct regression testing to prevent new defects
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and stakeholders to ensure quality goals
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and sprint reviews
