Programista C++ Embedded (K/M)

Advanced Protection Systems SA develops unique anti-drone systems based on the latest radar technologies. The company independently designs and produces all components: from integrated circuits, electronics, mechatronics, to advanced software and final implementation. Their technology is successfully used in defense, security, critical infrastructure, government, and airports. The R&D team works on embedded systems and low-level software, creating solutions close to hardware, including Linux drivers and microcontroller firmware.

• Higher technical education in Computer Science or related fields.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience programming in C++ (at least C++14/17).
• Very good knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Knowledge of embedded topics (memory, interrupts, communication).
• Understanding of performance optimization and memory management.
• Experience with concurrent and multithreaded programming.
• Experience working with Linux.
• Knowledge of Git.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Technical English proficiency at minimum B2 level (reading documentation, written and oral communication).
• Willingness to work in a hybrid mode including office presence in Gdynia and residing near the Tricity area.
• Ability to obtain a clean criminal record certificate from KRK.

• Design and implement components in C++.
• Develop and optimize algorithms operating on complex data structures.
• Design efficient and scalable backend modules.
• Analyze technical problems and propose architectural solutions.
• Design and implement drivers for Linux (kernel/user space).
• Integrate software with hardware peripherals and communication interfaces.
• Debug issues on the operating system and hardware level.

Candidates must be willing to work in a hybrid mode (office in Gdynia), reside near the Tricity area, and be able to obtain a clean criminal record certificate (KRK).
