• Higher education, preferably in computer science
• Several years of professional experience in cybersecurity, information security, or IT in a large organization
• Experience in IT project management, including roles related to IT cybersecurity or IT infrastructure management
• Knowledge of international standards ISO 27001 and ISO 22301
• Practical knowledge of cybersecurity risk management
• Communicative English language skills to cooperate in an international team
• Effectiveness in action and business responsibility
• Orientation towards continuous development and ability to gain insights from diverse perspectives

Nice to have:

• IT-related certifications
• Cybersecurity-related certifications

• Conduct cybersecurity risk analyses for the ICT technology supply chain
• Monitor ICT technology suppliers regarding cybersecurity risks
• Assess IT/OT technological solutions for compliance with internal regulations and applicable cybersecurity laws
• Support projects ensuring cybersecurity within the ORLEN Capital Group
• Participate in business continuity management and IT risk management processes
• Develop cybersecurity procedures
• Verify cybersecurity risk treatment plans
• Implement mechanisms to improve key cybersecurity processes
