Delivery Lead

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile Delivery, delivery management, or organizational transformations in complex environments.
• Experience working in the banking, financial, or fintech sector, understanding the specifics of regulated environments.
• Experience managing end-to-end delivery of business and digital products at the intersection of business and IT.
• Ability to build predictable value delivery processes and make decisions based on data and efficiency metrics.
• Knowledge of flow metrics (Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, WIP, Capacity) and their use in delivery process optimization.
• Experience identifying and removing bottlenecks, managing dependencies between teams, and improving workflow.

• Responsibility for end-to-end delivery in selected value streams encompassing business and technology areas.
• Designing, implementing, and developing a delivery model ensuring predictability, transparency, and achievement of business objectives.
• Monitoring and optimizing workflow using delivery metrics and a data-driven approach.
• Analyzing and eliminating systemic constraints affecting product and service delivery efficiency.
• Managing dependencies between teams and supporting effective collaboration across the organization.

The position is hybrid with work from the office in Warsaw three times monthly. The recruitment process includes interviews with a recruiter, business manager, and client, with potential technical verification steps.
