Head of Delivery

Satisfly is an e-Commerce agency specializing in building and developing profitable online stores and B2B platforms for clients in Poland and worldwide. They work with diverse sectors including apparel, jewelry, home decor, sports, cosmetics, and packaging manufacturers. The company supports clients in all stages of technology implementation from strategy through to SEO, UX, marketing, and e-Commerce development optimization.

• Experience in building and monitoring budgets, profitability, and processes
• Ability to create lasting relationships with clients and coworkers
• Experience in managing IT projects, preferably in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
• Knowledge of e-Commerce development, including gathering business requirements and designing solutions
• Decision-making skills with accountability
• Prior experience as a Head of Delivery or a very similar role
• Familiarity with project management tools, including Jira, Confluence, Primetric, and Google Workspace
• Proficient English communication skills (B2 level)

• Ensure projects progress smoothly with clear communication within teams and with clients
• Monitor profitability at the department and individual project levels while maintaining quality and efficiency
• Plan and control budgets together with Project Managers
• Allocate team resources effectively to areas most needed
• Build respectful and partnership-based relationships with clients
• Foster trust within the team and support Project Managers in daily work
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Act according to company values, influence the company shape, and take responsibility for decisions
