Wymagania
- 3+ years hands-on experience in Data Science, Data Engineering, or a related hybrid role.
- Background in blockchain or crypto analytics, familiar with on-chain data structures and asset classification.
- Experience with streaming technologies such as Apache Flink or Spark Streaming.
- Knowledge of Data Lakehouse platforms like Apache Iceberg or Apache Hudi.
- Familiarity with AWS data services including S3, RDS, Spark SQL, and PySpark.
- Experience with data grid technologies such as Redis, Hazelcast, or Apache Ignite.
- Advanced SQL query writing, performance tuning, and window functions.
- Proficient in Python libraries like Pandas, Polars, and Scikit-learn.
- Skilled in building high-throughput ingestion pipelines using REST/WebSocket APIs and JSON-RPC.
- Strong understanding of ETL fundamentals and schema mismatch management.
- Systematic debugging approach and ability to work with large, semi-structured, or undocumented data sources.

- Maintain an AI-native and blockchain-forward mindset, leveraging emerging trends and generative technologies.
- Architect intuitive and unified data models for granular insights across various protocols.
- Reverse-engineer smart contracts and on-chain events to develop production-grade SQL/dbt models.
- Design schemas to index and transform raw blockchain data with 100% accuracy.
- Define key metrics (TVL, Volume, Fees) and ensure data quality by filtering wash trading, bot activity, and Sybil attacks.
