Senior Product Designer (UI/ UX)

At Volleystation, we build volleyball data analytics software used by the world’s top volleyball leagues, clubs, and federations. Our web, mobile, and desktop apps need to run flawlessly and set the market standard in sports tech.

• At least 5 years of commercial experience designing Web, Desktop, and Mobile applications with successful commercialization.
• Deep knowledge of current UX/UI trends and ability to design modern, visually polished interfaces with complete user journeys.
• Fluent in Figma and Design Systems, able to work with and expand existing components.
• Strong communication skills and ability to understand business goals and set design directions.
• Fluent English (C1 level).

• Turn requirements and needs into polished interfaces and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers during implementation and testing.
• Expand and scale UX/UI standards and maintain full visual consistency across the brand.
• Proactively initiate redesigns for struggling modules and justify design decisions.
• Set design directions rather than merely following client specifications.
