Business Operations Excellence Specialist

Allegro is an e-commerce company operating across multiple countries with over 21 million active buyers and more than 164,000 partners. The role supports business development and operational excellence in regions including EEA, APAC, and CE-3.

• University degree.
• Fluent proficiency in Polish and English; German is a plus.
• Solid understanding of the e-commerce, marketplace landscape, sales, and partnership management.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and project management.
• Analytical thinking and data-driven problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High ownership, independency, reliability, and a continuous improvement mindset.

• Expand strategic partnerships by collaborating with key agencies and integrators across NL, DE, and PL to onboard top merchants.
• Empower sales operations by facilitating day-to-day execution for KAMs/PSAs, co-managing merchant incentive programs, and ensuring full CRM adoption and reporting in EEA, APAC, and CE-3.
• Drive process excellence by identifying inefficiencies, analyzing workflows, and independently leading process optimization and automation initiatives (OpEx).
• Act as a cross-functional single point of contact connecting Marketing, Ads, Campaigns, Analytics, and Category teams to unlock new GMV growth enablers.
